"Had some issues in the past. Really miss Samantha and the excellent service she provided. Gary did a fine job and we will have him return. He was friendly and seemed experienced. Scheduling was poor as I told the lady I didnt want a certain tech to come and he was sent anyways. Then when I called again she told me a tech would be out first thing the next morning at 9am. Later that night I got an email saying a tech would be there between 12-4. The next day 9am passed with no tech.so I called at 10am and a new lady named Leah told me he was actually scheduled between 8-12. This is not the first time this situation has happened. Honestly Im on the verge of just seeing how the next visit pans out before deciding our next step. Im hoping that Gary comes out in a few months and takes the time to care for our furnace as well as Samantha did. She took the time and swept things out if need be and really went over things with me. Hard to replace the service she provided."

"I called on Saturday morning at 1045am on 6-11-22 for someone to come out to look at iWave. It had not been working since it was installed. Call center said tech will be out between 12 and 4pm. Never heard from anyone. So i called at 330pm ask what was going on. Call center lady said she will find out and email tech to call me. Nothing happened called again at 550pm center guy said they closed so will set new appointment. I told him i waited all day i want someone out tomorrow. Tech came at around 930 am fixed it quickly. I asked tech why didnt i get a call the day before about my appointment he informed me he wasn't told about one and didnt have any calls Saturday afternoon."

"The guy you originally sent didnt know what he was doing. Couldnt even light a pilot light. Told me he would go to gas station and buy matches to light pilot. It it would be another 96 dollars. He fixed nor did anything. I was then given a business card and appointment for a quote for the next day to possibly have my furnace just replaced Needless to say I sat here for 5 hours and no one showed up. I didnt even receive an phone call or email about them cancelling. Very unprofessional It is very cold outside and I feel like I was just ripped off"

"The service tech arrived.he wasnt a real personable guy. Within being at my home for 5 minutes he asked to use my bathroom. I felt this was definitely unprofessional. If he knew he had to gohe should have stopped somewhere on the way to my house. Im not comfortable with strangers using my bathroom especially during a pandemic. He didnt seem very knowledgeable and didnt offer any advice or information about our furnace. In the past, the techs would at least tell us how the furnace was measuring up for its age. So if it has any issues, I wouldnt know because I wasnt told. I showed him where my extra humidifier filter was and he seemed put off that I was requesting him to change it. I showed him where the bleach was for the pipes and he told me he liked vinegar betterso I dont even know if he actually used the bleach. When leaving he took off his shoe covers and forgot to check my thermostat and walked on my floors with his shoes. Some people have issues with that and Im one of them. Im pretty sure that he came to our home once before on his first day on the job and i wasnt impressed. I would like to request that someone different comes on our further visits. In the past, Samantha came and did an excellent job taking care of our needs and was always offering advice and teaching me things I should know. Ive been told that she no longer works for your company and quite frankly that is a huge loss. -Jodi"

"Dustin is not very professional. Seemed to rush through. I told him the last time (when he came for the Spring AC check) about problems I had with my humidifier and he said to wait till Fall. So, I did. Then we he comes for the Fall he acts like it is an inconvenience when I had already mentioned the problem to him 6 months ago and told the lady when I scheduled the appointment and she wrote on the work order ticket to check the humidifier when he was there to do the semi-annual furnace check. I showed him AGAIN the problem and he acted as though I did not know what I was talking about and seemed irritated. He worked on a few things that needed repair for the furnace. Then he said he had to to leave and I would have to schedule a separate service appointment. I was NOT happy. I took off work and he just leave... So, I called to schedule a separate service appointment and the lady answering said she would have him come back that same day. He came back about 2 hrs. later and said he thought the issue was something else (even thought I showed him the original problem). Then, after working on it for a little while - lo & behold - it turned out to be exactly what I told him in the first place! He just wasn't listening to me and made me feel like a "stupid woman". I will NEVER allow him to service my furnace/ac again. I will ask for a different technician and when my service contract is up I may look for a different company."
